When warranted by the application, EagleEye will incorporate a state-of-the-art, highly secure dual radio 802.11a/b/g wireless mesh network into each camera system. This allows camera systems to communicate wirelessly to each other by establishing a “mesh” connection between the cameras at a date transfer rate of 54Mbps. This eliminates the cost of cabling a multi-camera system to operate on a large campus or job site. The cost savings realized by this approach is often tremendous, and it allows for easier reconfiguration of a site as the landscape changes. |
