Wayne J. Roques - Special Agent (Ret.), U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration
Wayne J. Roques was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 25, 1945. Wayne graduated from Saint Aloysius High School in 1963 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing / Management from the Business Administration College of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1968.
R/SA Roques began his career in 1969 as a federal criminal investigator with the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has since held many senior positions within the US DEA, including assistant group supervisor for the New York Joint Task Force, Class Coordinator for the DEA’s Police Academy in Washington D.C., and acting group supervisor on the Vice President's Joint Task Force in Miami, Florida. Wayne has also served his country as an investigator and undercover officer in major trafficking, conspiracy, and forfeitures cases, and was appointed as the Demand Reduction Coordinator for the Miami Field Division serving the Florida and Caribbean regions in 1987.
Retired Special Agent Roques has presented well over a thousand demand reduction programs to schools, workplaces, civic groups, youth groups, treatment facility staff and clientele, college and professional sports teams, community coalitions, and local, state, and federal law enforcement and governmental agencies. Wayne has frequently been published, interviewed, and quoted locally, nationally, and internationally in print and broadcast media, including CNN, Fox News Channel, MSNBC and RecoveryNet on drug issues. He has presented drug training and education throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
Retired Special Agent Roques has testified before Congress on drug issues and provides advice and information to several members of Congress and local, state, and national community anti-drug coalitions. S/A Roques retired from DEA on July 1, 1995. R/SA Roques is the immediate past president of Drug Watch International. |

Kendall Peterson Senior Advisor, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Kendall Peterson has worked in the technical and industrial fields for nearly 25 years. He currently serves as Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Program Manager at Terremark Worldwide. Terremark Worldwide is a leading operator of integrated Internet exchanges, a global provider of managed IT infrastructure solutions, and a trusted advisor in the delivery of business continuity and disaster recovery services.
Prior to joining Terremark, Kendall served as the Vice President of Business & Technical Services at Lanza, Batista & Peterson LLC, a professional services and consulting firm specializing in the provision of Emergency Management, Business Improvement and Technology services to both public and private sector clients. Before arriving at Lanza, Batista & Peterson LLC, Kendall served as Construction Technology Manager at PBS&J and also as a Sr. Project Manager at Florida Power & Light.
Kendall studied Nuclear Engineering at the University of Maryland and also received a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ashwood International University in San Jose, California. Kendall’s core expertise includes Project Management, Technology Integration, Process Improvement, Quality Management, Emergency Management and Business Continuity Planning.
In his personal time, Kendall enjoys playing Ice Hockey and is a proud member of USA Hockey and the Amateur Hockey Association of Florida. Kendall also enjoys boating, travel and spending time with his family. |

Robbie Cressman Senior Advisor - Self Protection / Use of Force Tactical Instruction
Robbie Cressman is the Founder of, and Chief Instructor for, Canadian Use of Force Systems. He is an Open-Hand Self-Protection and Use of Force Specialist who has played the leading role internationally in the preservation, revival and modern evolution of Canada’s original, historic self-protection and unarmed combat systems created by Bill Underwood known as COMBATO and DEFENDO. Robbie has been recognized internationally as Mr. Underwood’s official historian and Chief Instructor of his founding unarmed combat systems utilized by North American Military and Law Enforcement beginning in WW2 and has evolved these systems for current use by Canadian Federal, Provincial and Municipal SWAT Teams, Canadian Forces assets and American Federal Law Enforcement. From his professional instruction to Law Enforcement and Military operators Mr. Cressman has developed specialized Self-Protection and Crisis Management Training Solutions for Students and Educators within the public and private school system environment, and for Corporate and Real Estate Professionals. Robbie also teaches Use of Force options to JPSI and Law Enforcement Foundations students at both Georgian and Mohawk Colleges in Ontario, Canada.

Brent MacLean Senior Advisor - Global Infrastructure / Network Systems Integrity
Brent MacLean B.Sc., M.Sc. is Founder and CEO of J.B. MacLean Consulting Inc. www.jbm.net and Canadian Intelligence Solutions Inc., and is currently finishing his Ph.D in Computer Engineering and Technology. Currently one of Canada's leading network, internet systems and security specialists, Brent has 18+ years experience in network / security /infrastructure design and troubleshooting.
Brent has worked extensively within the Federal government, including Revenue Canada and the R.C.M.P., specializing in all areas of computer and network design, training and security. He continues to work in close relations with reputable government organizations, law enforcement agencies, media, and growing corporations. Furthermore, he continues to upgrade his educational certifications when they become available.
Brent is one of the few security specialists holding a Forensic Investigators licence, and is currently completing his licencing in Private Investigations (PI) which he will incorporate into his forensic corporate structure shortly. He has written several articles pertaining to security, which have been published in major media publications, and has been featured on Canadian radio several times. He continues to maintain a high security clearance with the R.C.M.P., C.S.I.S. and other government institutions. Leveraging over 10 years of experience in both the Public and Private sectors of secure network design and assessment, his knowledge of North American and international security practices, policies and systems also stems from his experience in the Canadian, Offshore, and European enterprise markets.
Recently, with the exponential growth of identity theft, both off-line and on-line, he has been asked to do a variety of speaking engagements with the prospects of educating both the small SMB and Enterprise corporate sectors. He is a primary writer and spokes-person for the Society of Internet Professionals and a long term member of Toastmaster's. Brent’s current assignment is now focused extensively with the RCMP, other law enforcement officials and captains of industry in an effort to increase awareness and education regarding identity theft more attainable to both the public and private sectors.

Christopher Harding Senior Advisor - Documentation & Training
Christopher Harding is Founder and Managing Director of HarcomGroup Consultants (www.harcomgroup.com) and is actively engaged in developing affordable web-based learning materials for small- to medium-sized organizations. Christopher has worked in the Documentation & Training field for over 15 years and specializes in developing e-Learning modules that can be accessed via the internet from anywhere in the world on a 24 - 7 basis, year-round.

In his spare time, Christopher is passionate about the game of hockey and plays at least three times a week as a Goaltender in various men's leagues. When not tending the twine, Christopher enjoys the company of his wife Iris and their two cats, Charlie and Floyd. |
